1. Introduction to equipment
The automatic mask body machine is mainly used for the automatic
forming of flat plane masks. After the entire roll of fabric is
unrolled, it is driven by rollers.Thefabric is automatically
unfolded by automatic hemming, hemming, and the nose bridge. In
both sides, the sealing is achieved by ultrasonic welding on both
sides. After the ultrasonic side sealing, cuttingisperformed by
a cutter, and thewhole process is automatically controlled. Only
one person is required to operate this machine. The scientific
and reasonable mechanicaltransmission configuration makes this
machine extremely efficient. The special welding wheel and
cutter wheel design have good abrasion resistance and greatly
increase the service life of the product.
